I'm quite critical when it comes to music, the music, the lyrics and the voice all have to sound great. No, perfect.

I am very open minded about music...sometimes. As long as it isn't prep rock, or emo (stabstabstab) I am cool.. It definatly needs some cool guitar!! To me, lyrics are just wasted time between the solos.

Bands that have beautiful lyrics are the best, as long if the rest is good as well. I love lyrics.

I have never been too fond of lyrics. That's probably why I am so good at guitar... I think a good harmonizing melody with a crunchy backbone or a soft melodic backbone pwns all... BTW, HaloN00b likes prep rock.... (nickleback.. .. . ....................................................) also, while mentioning nickleback, The lyrics I most definatly hate are trash lyrics. Sex lyrics are way out and I do not appreciate them............... At least with guitar, you don't have to worry about it being trashy...

Prep rock lol. Such "openness." Seems to me that most of their songs are....the same thing, just change a word here and there. That's just my opinion though. Also, why so many rock picks? Where's the metal? \m/
